About Red Fox

Specializing in couples, individual, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy.

“If love is everything says it’s cracked up to be, then why is it so hard!?”

If relationships are so great, why are they so hard?! We’re experiencing an epidemic of loneliness. Have you tried to change your relationships and are feeling discouraged by the lack of progress? The clients I work best with typically struggle with wanting more from their relationships, wondering why they aren’t finding what they are looking for, and then have fallen into a pattern of depression, anxiety, numbing, and maladaptive coping. They’ve been working incredibly hard, but want help working smarter. Our wounds change the way we show up, and if we don’t address our wounds we’ll keep getting the same results.

  • Therapist

Katie specializes in helping individuals struggling with OCD, trauma, complicated grief, personality disorders, and addiction. With over ten years of experience in residential treatment centers, she has served in various roles, including support staff, program director, and clinician. Katie is an expert in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Brainspotting, techniques effective in processing trauma and addiction.

Katie’s therapeutic approach is grounded in the belief that every person is innately good and desires positive life changes. However, trauma, addiction, and other painful experiences can prevent individuals from implementing these changes. By using this humanistic approach, Katie empowers her clients to make positive and lasting transformations.

Hello, I’m Rehn, and I’m passionate about helping you on your journey to healing. In my practice, I use evidence-based practices, socio-cultural attunement, and humor to assist you in finding authenticity and healing. I am a marriage and family therapist with specialized training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), genograms (Bowen), structural techniques, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples.

I have extensive experience working with childhood trauma, complex trauma, disenfranchised grief, immigration trauma, relationship trauma, and more. My personal experiences with pregnancy loss and childhood trauma have shown me that even the deepest wounds can heal. I also work with couples, helping them improve their connection and repair relationship wounds.

I work with adults aged 20 and up, with a special passion for helping women over 55 rediscover their sense of self, set boundaries, and find new hobbies. I also enjoy working with couples seeking to deepen their connection. I am particularly dedicated to supporting individuals who have experienced any kind of loss or trauma, including those from other countries who have faced immigration trauma. Additionally, I love working with LGBTQIA+ clients, providing a safe and supportive space for their unique experiences and challenges.
